1. About these terms

• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including tax, financial and consumer protection rules.

3. Scope of the Service

VScalp is a software product that provides trading automation, signals, analytics, backtesting and related tooling for cryptocurrency markets. The Service allows you to connect your own third-party exchange accounts via API in order to receive signals or transmit trading instructions based on parameters that you configure.

4. Software-only nature of VScalp

VScalp is a software provider only. VScalp is not an exchange, broker, dealer, market maker, custodian, wallet provider, money service business or payment institution. VScalp does not hold, receive, transmit or safeguard client funds, digital assets or fiat currency at any time.

All trading, order execution, custody, wallet, deposit, withdrawal and transfer services are provided exclusively by the third-party exchanges and providers you choose to connect (including [SUPPORTED EXCHANGES]). Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and policies.

5. No investment, legal or tax advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or an offer of any regulated product. Signals, indicators, backtests, simulations, dashboards and other content are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

VScalp does not owe you any fiduciary duty. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.

6. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Exchange and API connections

To use trading features, you connect your own exchange account by providing API credentials that you generate on the exchange. You are responsible for choosing the correct API permissions (for example, disabling withdrawal permissions where possible) and for revoking those keys at any time from the exchange.

Order placement, execution quality, market data, balances and positions depend on the availability, accuracy and rules of the connected third-party exchange. VScalp does not control and is not liable for those systems.

8. Third-party execution

When you enable automated features, VScalp transmits instructions to the connected exchange based on the settings you have configured. The exchange is solely responsible for accepting, rejecting, matching, filling, modifying or cancelling those orders and for the resulting positions and balances.

9. Fees and billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles and included features are shown on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe (or its affiliated payment infrastructure, as applicable); your payment data is handled under Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all subscription payments, renewals, and other fees paid for VScalp are final and non-refundable, including in cases of partial use, non-use, account inactivity, strategy performance, or user error. Billing questions can be sent to [BILLING EMAIL].

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in breach of law or exchange rules, or for market abuse, manipulation or fraud;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or sublicense the Service, except where mandatory law explicitly allows;
• interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the Service or attempt unauthorized access;
• use the Service to build a competing product.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we reasonably believe continued access creates risk for you, us or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL].

12. Intellectual property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VScalp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and accuracy of signals, data or backtests.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VScalp, its affiliates, officers and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or trading losses, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VScalp against any claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may change the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction
